What is the typical shipping timeframe for home decor items?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping for furniture and fragile goods?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States, Canada, and select European countries. Fragile items are double-boxed and insured to ensure they arrive at your sanctuary in perfect condition.
What is your return policy if a product doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I be sure of the quality and sourcing of your materials?
The Monastery Store prioritizes artisanal craftsmanship. We partner with ethical manufacturers who use sustainable woods, organic textiles, and non-toxic finishes to ensure your home environment remains healthy and beautiful.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For larger furniture purchases, we also offer interest-free installment plans through Affirm.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves into our fulfillment process and cannot be changed, though you may initiate a return once the item arrives.
